1. The service and contact
TimePassport is operated by SkyPact LLC (we, us, or our). These Terms describe use of the TimePassport website, live city clocks, comparison tools, and TimeTravel converter. Questions can be sent to support@timepassport.net.
The service is publicly available and free to use, with no paid subscription, purchase process, or TimePassport user account. A future paid feature would require its own clear pricing and applicable terms before you choose to purchase it.
2. Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or business time planning, subject to these Terms and applicable law. If using the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must have the legal capacity required for your use, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or access restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with service availability, or use automated requests in a way that harms others. Normal links to our pages and ordinary search-engine crawling are permitted, subject to published crawler rules and reasonable technical limits. This does not grant unrestricted access to private pages or a separate bulk-data API.
3. Time information and its limits
Clocks and conversions use IANA time-zone identifiers and the time-zone rules available to the server or your browser. Live clocks depend on your device’s time being correct. Governments may change time zones or daylight-saving rules, browsers may receive updates at different times, and historical or future data can be incomplete. Network or device-location results may identify the wrong nearby city.
You are responsible for checking the selected places, dates, time zones, and any repeated or skipped local time at a daylight-saving change. TimeTravel supports the displayed range of up to 50 years before or after the current date; future results are calculations based on available rules, not predictions or guarantees of future law.
TimePassport is an everyday planning tool, not a professional or emergency service. Confirm legal filing dates, medical schedules, financial deadlines, flights, transport, and other critical times with the responsible organization. Do not rely on TimePassport as the only source for a safety-critical decision.
4. Privacy and optional choices
Our Privacy Policy explains website requests, approximate and optional device location, city searches, saved settings, email, advertising and consent services, providers, and available choices. Browser location permission and saving settings can be declined without losing access to the clock tools. These Terms do not supply consent for optional data processing, and use of the website does not grant advertising or analytics consent.
Please provide only information needed for a support or privacy request. Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, payment details, or confidential information through search fields or ordinary email. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your correspondence or grant us permission to publish it.
5. Content, data, and licenses
The applicable rights holders retain rights in the site’s original code, design, brand elements, and other protectable material to the extent provided by law. These Terms do not claim exclusive rights in public facts, public-domain material, or content that is not legally protectable, and they do not imply that a trademark has been registered.
City data, maps, icons, and software from others remain governed by their own licenses. Our Data & licenses page and third-party notices identify those sources and license terms. Nothing here restricts rights those licenses or applicable law give you. Attribution, share-alike, or other requirements must be followed when applicable to the material you reuse.
Place names and map boundaries can contain errors or disputed descriptions. Their display does not represent a political position or endorsement. If you believe material on TimePassport infringes your rights, email Support with the specific page, material, and enough information to understand and investigate your claim. Do not send unrelated personal information.
6. Availability and external services
We may maintain, correct, change, or discontinue features, and we may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or service availability. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time. Where law requires notice or other protections, those requirements apply.
External source and license links are provided for reference. We do not control those websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them. Ad requests are currently paused while advertising and consent controls are prepared. Our Privacy Policy explains Google’s consent service and your choices. If advertisements are enabled later, they will be identified as advertising and will not by themselves imply our endorsement of the advertiser. Declining optional advertising choices does not remove access to the clock tools.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional warranties about uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee that the service or email will be free from every error or security incident.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory legal protections prevail over an inconsistent provision.
8. Governing law and concerns
Subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you, these Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in courts available to them under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
If something goes wrong, you can contact support@timepassport.net so we can try to resolve it. For privacy matters, contact privacy@timepassport.net. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal right, filing a timely claim, or contacting a regulator.
9. Updates and remaining provisions
We may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated text and date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
