Toronto and New York share modern Eastern Time
Toronto uses Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) and Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4). Under current rules, its clock agrees with New York through both seasons. Canada has multiple time zones, so Toronto is not a substitute for Canadian time as a whole.
London's change weekends differ from Toronto's. A weekly meeting with a UK colleague can therefore shift temporarily in March and around late October or early November. Recheck the chosen date instead of adding five hours to every Toronto appointment.
